Immediately after the official launch of the ninth generation Intel Core processors for laptops, several brands have launched their new gaming laptop. One of these brands is Razer, which launches a total of 3 Blade models. These are Blade 15 Advanced, Blade 15 Basic and Blade 17 Pro.

Razer Blade 15 Advanced

As their names suggest, two are 15.6 “displays, and one has a large 17.3” matrix. It’s interesting to note that the Advanced Laptop has a 4K OLED display with a 240Hz refresh rate and a response time of just 1ms, similar to the professional desktop monitoring of desktop machines. The display has a DisplayHDR 400 True Black which allows you to achieve high brightness up to 400 frames.

The screen is rugged, which has a positive impact on the size of the laptop. In addition, the thickness of the shell is only 17.8 mm, which does not prevent the entire periphery from having 3 gates from the new USB 3.2 Gen 2.

Razer Blade 15 Advanced is equipped with 6-core Intel Core i7-9750H, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 and 16GB of RAM with a high-speed slot that allows up to 64GB of an upgrade. The laptop will also be available in a “weaker” version with an LCD screen and an NVIDIA RTX 2070 Max-Q video card.

Razer Blade 15 Basic

The basic model of the series is again with the Intel Core i7-9750H, but now it has a 144Hz FHD screen and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 video card. USB ports are version 3.1 Gen 1 and the body’s thickness is slightly higher.

Razer Blade 17 Pro

The larger Razer Blade 17 Pro has Intel Core i7-9750H processor, GeForce RTX 2080 Max-Q graphics processor, dual channel RAM from DDR2-2667 and 512GB SSD. Here it is interesting to note that the gaming profile of the laptop is less than 2 cm.

Price

The new Gaming laptops of Razer are quite serious. According to Engadget data, Blade 15 Base is priced at $ 1999. The advanced version with the RTX 2070 Max-Q costs $ 2399, while the Razer Blade 17 Pro is $ 3199. The cost of the OLED 4K display is currently not announced.
