Intel’s latest chips are 14-nanometer technology and have up to 8 computer cores. Intel launches 25 desktop processors along with 6 mobile processors. All desktop models relate to the 9th generation Corea – Coffee Lake Refresh family, but based on Skylake’s sixth-generation Core (2016) architecture, HotHardware announced.

New chips have a 14 nm process and have up to 8 computer cores. The differences are due to the presence or absence of a built-in graph (in the other case, there is a letter F), a blocked or unblocked multiplier (letter K), normal or reduced frequency (letter T) and consumption (TDP indicator).

Most new processors are from Core and Core i3 and Core i5. The Core i9-9900 does not support overclocking, but the maximum reach rate reaches 5.0 GHz with Thermal Velocity Boost technology.

If not activated, the maximum frequency is slightly lower – 4.9 GHz. All desktop processors, as well as mobile chips, support up to 128 GB of RAM, Wi-Fi 6 AX200 wireless adapter, and various Intel Optane memory modules. Energy efficient CPUs are labeled with T index.
