Udyansky himself explained the sale of a share by the desire to work in a jurisdiction with clearer cryptocurrency legislation.

“I want to develop the exchange in understandable legislation. Another obstacle for large-scale work is the lack of banks, ”he said.

Speaking about the prospects of exchanges, Udyansky expressed skepticism:

“In 2020, 30% of exchanges will cease to exist. For further market growth, new people and clear regulation will be needed. ”

Coinsbit is an Estonian cryptocurrency exchange founded by Udyansky in 2018. Representatives of the company claim activity of 10 thousand transactions per second and more than 1 million TCP connections.

The exchange is integrated with 200 thousand POS-terminals in South Korea, Vietnam, China and India. Coinsbit representatives also noted that Nikolai showed himself as a CEO and made a significant contribution to the development of the project.
